When you have a Microsoft account, whether you use it to sign in to Xbox, to Office 365, to your Windows PC, or OneDrive, or whatever–all the details of that relationship should exist in one place.
From early 2014 to January 2016, Torrey supervised all of the Microsoft account-related UX content and help content, and was directly responsible for content on the home page, family section, subscriptions, profile, and security & privacy sections.
Highlights include the primacy of greeting, orientation to the page, and the list of recent orders. “Looking for your email?” was added after receiving customer feedback that a product was erroneously sending them to this page.
